Since we are a customer-centric company, we have structured our returns and exchange policy according to your requirements:
- We are happy to accept returns for refunds or exchanges within seven days, provided that the goods returned are new, unwashed, and have the original tag still attached.
- Whenever you return goods, please enclose the invoice along with the return and mention the reason for the return.
- The items can be sent and delivered back at your cost and traced to our address.
- The delivery costs, however, are not recoverable.
- All refund requests forwarded by clients regarding returned goods will be attended to within five working days.
- All items for return must be shipped to our location at Gulberg, Lahore.
