Shipping within Pakistan

We deliver exclusive kids' products across every corner of Pakistan.

• Enjoy free shipping for purchases above Rs. 2,000 Only.
• All orders below Rs. 2000 attract a flat rate of Rs. 250 for shipping.
• For orders to be delivered on the same day, make sure you place your orders by 12.00 noon (Pakistan Time), and we shall dispatch your order through the Registered Courier Service.
• Orders placed after 12 PM noon will be dispatched the next working day.
• On Sundays and Pakistan National Holidays, there are no deliveries, but things are back to normal on the first business day after the holiday.

Estimated Delivery Time

• For all standard shipments, the time required for delivery is within 3 – 5 working days.
• Remember, there will not be any deliveries on Sundays.
• If in case of mega sale events and peak shopping season delivery can take up to 7 working days.

International Shipping

Sorry to break it to you but we do not currently offer any international shipping.

Order Tracking

All the shipping tracking for each and all orders placed on our website are prioritized and upon completing the order, we send all customers an automated email containing a unique order tracking number for their shipment.

This will also enable you to step outside without worrying about having to wait for your order as you can check the exact delivery time.

Since we are a customer-centric company, we have structured our returns and exchange policy according to your requirements:

• We are happy to accept returns for refunds or exchanges within seven days, provided that the goods returned are new, unwashed, and have the original tag still attached.
• Whenever you return goods, please enclose the invoice along with the return and mention the reason for the return.
• The items can be sent and delivered back at your cost and traced to our address.
• The delivery costs, however, are not recoverable.
• All refund requests forwarded by clients regarding returned goods will be attended to within five working days.
• All items for return must be shipped to our location at Gulberg, Lahore.
